Bestintern debit my account each month with R179.00 and I did not give permission or sign any papers for this

I have a debit order which started to deduct on 31 May 2022 from company called Bestintern was given a reference no. BI-62652031-3 deducting 159.00 we tried calling them with my bank the number is not in use
