- Sir i had applied for dhani one freedom card. It said 125 rupees as monthly charge. But there was no notice that it will debited through ecs from my account immediately . My account didnt had balance at that time. Now i am being charged of ecs/ach return charges from my bank account again and again. Till now my account has been debited for 450 rupees as return charges . Even I can’t cancel the one freedom subscription because its option is not available on the app. Please help me out. Even my credit line has also not been activated. There was no prior notice given to me about the debit of charges on the next day by any means be it text message, phone call or mail. Please take this matter in consideration.
