Text of Complaint by sukhwinder kaur:

sir,my husband expired on 22 april 2021.after that i applied for family pension ,for which the pnb bank of 19 c chandigarh asked me to open new account.wherein i asubmitted all documents.i completed all the formalities on 1 june.today its 21 august,and still the account is not operative.they have also transfered my husband’s money to my account.i cannot withdraw the money.i am in huge problem in financial terms.kindly help
