This Mytechzone approved the debit order in my account without my permission, received the approval message, who approved it? Please help

Mytechzone send me an approval derbit order without my permission so I didn’t know how.30 August 2023.please help before I got blacklisted
This (Mytechzone) deduct my money is for the second month now,please help where can i report them.
I also have the same problem mytechzone is debiting money from my account without my permission and approval I don’t know know what for and why because I’ve never given them authority to do so it’s been 2 months now…I need my money back
I received the message from mytechzone says my debit order with them is successful I don’t know how.
