Dear Sir ,
I am account holder in Branch sbi Varanasi
On 16th May 2022, I was shopping at V-Bazaar Retail Pvt ltd, Luxa Varanasi. When I was Billed Rs 32,580, when the original Bill Amount was 3,258 only. Then again I was Billed for the Original Amount 3258 and Assured By The Shop Manager Ashish that The Incorrect Amount Billed will be refunded to my Bank Account within 72 hours. Inquiring after 72 hours to The Manager when refund was not Made ‘he asked me to wait till Monday 25th May 2022 . Today is 07/06/2022 But still the Amount isn’t refunded to my account and He & saying that Bank cancelled the refund and asked us to fill the Dispute form.
The card machine which was used for this transaction was using your icici merchant services .
I am attaching the dispute form and the invoice of wrong transaction
Pls help regarding this as soon as possible we will be highly thankful to you
