There has been error at bank side as the address given during opening the account via online mode was F – 28 A VIKAS NAGAR , UTTAM NAGAR , NEW DELHI , PIN CODE : 110059. But when I tracked the order via mobile banking , it was somewhere roaming around JANAK PURI . “HOW THE HELL AM I GONNA BE AVAILABLE AT JANAK PURI WHEN I RESIDE AT VIKAS NAGAR “.
The reason shown for non delivery was non availability of resignee at the address. Two days earlier I got cheque book then what is problem with delivering DEBIT CART
As the payment for debit card has been deducted , I need my Debit card soon and I am waiting for debit card since 5 December 2020 . I have to make transaction through this account through debit card .
So kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible .
