I have order my debit card from Paytm payment bank. They deducted ₹250 for this service on 5th of august. They delivery date was before 19th of august but I didn’t received or get any call or sms from them why I didn’t got my debit card. In Paytm app debit card delivery status showing “shipped”. Very next day on 20th of august I raised the issue through app they told that we need some time to respond about this. After three days again raised the issue they again replied same excuse. Then I used Twitter and complaint about this. They informed me that my card is delivered on 11th of august. They can’t give refund because I didn’t raised the complaint within 7 days of delivery. How someone can raise the if he is not aware of product is delivered or not? They didn’t sent any message that product is delivered or not
