I Pawan Kumar was lured by a holiday package company in Calangute, GOA to buy their 10 year package of rupee 1,50,000 which I refused straightaway. But the company sales staff insisted us to hold that offer for 1 rupee for 2 months with my debit card swipe on their POS machine and promised no money would be deducted without my approval for 2 month from my account. Therefore, I swiped the debit card on their POS just giving 1 rupee and have not applied for any loan.
Following day on 18th January early morning I surfed about the company and saw many complaints against them of cheating people on consumer forum. Immediately, I called hdfc call bank support and reported that 1 rupee transaction as fraud and also requested to block my debit card. I got relaxed then as I thought no amount was deducted from my account, however, a loan amount of 1,50,000 with 20% interest for 12 month emi was disbursed by the bank which I never knew.
I never gave consent for this loan amount and have been duped by the company in the name of 1 rupee transaction. I have raised several request with the bank and want my loan to be immediately stopped. Also, I have file a police complaint against the De Feliz vacation company in the local Calangute police station, Goa. Even I went to DE FELIZ company office again on 19th January and requested them to cancel the membership to which they peacefully agreed and demanded 7 days time and asked me to write an application which I did but till date nothing has happened. My first EMI got deducted today.
This is a scam that happened with me in tourist place GOA. Also, I will attach the detail of account number of DE FELIZ VACATION Pvt. Ltd.
Please help me to stop this loan immediately as I have been cheated.
