On 29/09/2021, 1.08 pm, I received an SMS alert through my bank that Rs. 999/- have been deducted from my account via my debit card. I had given no authorization for the above transaction and received an intimation only after the transaction had already been completed. I never made any online purchases with the above mentioned company. Kindly look through the matter and help resolve it at the earliest.
