I was told that the application was declined but few minutes later another agent called me telling me that they have overlooked the application and its now been approved and thats when he cornered me into signing in for the thing he called “Dila-a-Guard”. That wasn’t the part of the deal of the phone I was applying for (which I’ve never received up to now). I would like yo know what should I do in this matter?
