I had made a death claim on the number 9731763709 which belonged to my mother. I furnished a death certificate and family tree (revenue Department) at 1st Phase J.P. Nagar Branch in Bengaluru and informed the staff that the number was stolen and being used for fraudulent transactions.

I was sked to pay Rs. 1250/- to make the claim but it has been more than a month and the numbers are still not in my name or my claim taken seriously. The numbers were activated by the perpetrators even after requesting a block on the numbers.

Now I am being told by airtel staff that government documents are available by bribing govt. officials and are not good enough to make a claim. Although I have submitted ID proof and connection proof for my family and bank settlement claims Airtel still refuses to give me the number while everyday in Septemebr 2021 one of my mother’s bank account was hacked using this number and all the funds withdrawn!
