Dear sir
Payumoney is allowing payment of fake site ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com is selling phone and tablets on internet. There is no confirmation of order on ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com contact number and email ids are fraud. Getting failed email message.
I bought one tablet of rs 4499.28. Payment processed through payumoney. Both ezeephone.com and payumoney are doing fraud together.
Please help me to get my refund.

Hi Mohammed,
We tried refunding your transaction, however, the payment has successfully processed to the merchant already, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.
We advise you to kindly get in touch with the issuing bank and initiate an official complaint regarding the same, in case the concerned merchant is not providing the services.
We are just their payment processing partner and do not have access or control to their internal processes.
