Dear sir/ Madam
Since two days I am not able to make calls neither receive calls from my airtel number. Although I had recharged my mobile recently assuming it was a problem related with balance I recharged again yesterday. I will be ever indebted to you if you could resolve my problem. Due to covid 19 situation I sincerely do not wish to step out of the house. Please help me out.
