Dear sir/Madam, I have applied for personal loan from mpokket the loan got sanctioned and activated on 17-May-2023 the status of loan is showing disbursed but till today 19-MAY-2023) I have not received my loan amount. I have sent emails but not received response.And i’m doing lots of call but not getting reply from customer service only AVR voice that All are agents are busy right the call getting disconnected. My loan limit is 14thousand and i got credited only 11thousand please solve this issue ASAP.
