Additionally, another order that was supposed to be delivered on February 24 is also missing. Both orders are from the same seller, Vely Monkeys CO. LTD, which makes me suspect that the issue lies with them. Since this is not just one but two missing orders, I need an immediate resolution. This is hard-earned money, and I expect either the products to be delivered ASAP or a full refund. Please look into this issue urgently and let me know how you plan to resolve it. I would appreciate a prompt response.

I placed an order with Maccaron Beauty in November 2024, but it has not been delivered to date. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear response or resolution from their customer support.

Additionally, another order, which was supposed to arrive on February 24, 2025, has also not been delivered. Both orders were placed through the same seller, Vely Monkeys Co. Ltd. I have been patient and repeatedly contacted Maccaron for updates, but my concerns have not been addressed, nor have I received any refunds or replacements.

This has caused significant frustration as the money spent on these orders was hard-earned. I am requesting immediate action—either the delivery of my products or a full refund for both orders. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further.
