Dear Flipkart Team,
I placed an order on 13 December 2025. On the same day, I raised a complaint regarding the received product, as there were multiple issues—vibration not working properly, microphone issue, and very low speaker volume.
As per my request, a technician visit was scheduled on 13 December 2025, but no one visited my doorstep. Instead, I received a call requesting the IMEI number, which I shared. I was informed that the return request had been updated, but there is no update visible in the app till now.
The handset has not been used at all, as it was under the return window. However, the 7-day return period is expiring tomorrow. In the meantime, I have contacted customer support multiple times. Yesterday, one agent advised me to visit the service center personally.
Accordingly, I visited the service center today, where I was informed that they handle only warranty-related issues. Since the product was purchased from Flipkart, they clearly advised me to contact Flipkart for return and refund, as this is a DOA/defective product case.
This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and embarrassing, especially since this phone was gifted to someone. Due to repeated delays and miscommunication, I am feeling harassed and dissatisfied with the service.
I request you to urgently process the return and refund by tomorrow, before the return window expires. Kindly treat this matter as high priority and resolve it immediately.
