On 3/05/2024, I found the Instagram page “perfect_menswear_0”, which is located at First Floor, City Center Mall, Shop No. 184, Swami Vivekananda Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400062. Interested in buying the combo set of clothes, I contacted the seller using the given WhatsApp number: 91 8094344893 The seller told me that the combo set was priced at Rs 650 and would be free for shipping, totaling Rs 650. I started making the payment by scanning the QR code provided to me.
After making the payment, I shared my delivery address with the seller. However, to my surprise, the seller requested an additional Rs 300 for shipping charges. I was surprised by this sudden demand, as there was no mention of shipping charges during our initial communication. I tried to reach the seller by calling the given number 91 8094344893, but my call remained unanswered.
I sent a message on WhatsApp expressing my dissatisfaction and requested to refund my money. The response from the seller has been unsatisfactory, as he insists that I have to pay an additional Rs 300 for shipping charges to proceed. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and misguided.
I believe such practices are unfair and deceptive, and I would like your help in resolving this matter. I request your intervention to resolve this issue and ensure a fair solution. I hope appropriate action will be taken against the seller for their misleading conduct and demanding unexpected charges.
