Order for 2, 6 feet bean bags was confirmed on 29th August. The payment was deducted but there has been no information on the delivery of the product and there is no means to contact the website. I have patiently been waiting for 2.5 weeks thinking it’s a small organisation and might take some extra time to settle their orders but this is a lot. Please address the issue as soon as possible since I’m aware that I’m not the only person facing the issue.
