I had done recharge of Rs.299 of Vi on ‘Deal me good’ website for which they gave me an offer of Rs.9 on it and so Rs.290 was debited from my account. And although there was a debit it said my recharge is failed. When i called them, one male executive asked me for the recharge number and said that he will send one link related to ‘Claim voucher’ on my mail id and your recharge will be successful. When i didn’t got any mail from them, i again called them and this time one lady executive received the phone and again asked what was my recharge number and after me telling it she hanged the phone. After that they did’nt responded to my any calls. After i came to know that this is a fraud website and there are thousands of fraud cases on them. Please I request you to immediately look into this matter and put those culprits behind the bar. There are thousands of people like me eagerly waiting for the justice.
