Text of Complaint by K DEVENDER:

I have made a recharge of 174 for an Airtel number through Deal Me Good website on 04-04-2022 . Instead of 179 it has shown 174 as 5 rs offer. Payment has been done and money has been credited from my account and at the end, the status of transaction became failed and the recharge hasn’t been done. Immediately I called Deal Me Good customer care and they said, they will provide me with the voucher of 179 rupees and I requested them to convert my voucher into cash and credit back to my account. They have said, they raised the request and money will be credited back to my account within 2-5 business days. It’s been 18 days since I made the transaction and they raised the request. Still I didn’t got any refund from Deal Me Good. Now when Iam trying to contact customer care, theyvare not at all responding and Iam unable to contact them at all.

  1. Sir please refund my amount to recharge my bsnl number 897559….4 add voucher amount 1199 and paid amount 1163 my mobile recharge is not successful please refund my amount. In this number sir..

  2. I have made a recharge of 141 for an Airtel number through Deal Me Good website on 12-06-2022 . Instead of 141 it has shown 140 as 1 rs offer. Payment has been done and money has been credited from my account and at the end, the status of transaction became failed and the recharge hasn’t been done. Immediately I called Deal Me Good customer care and they said, they will provide me with the voucher of 141 rupees and I requested them to convert my voucher into cash and credit back to my account. They have said, they raised the request and money will be credited back to my account within 2-5 business days. It’s been 5 days since I made the transaction and they raised the request. Still I didn’t got any refund from Deal Me Good. Now when Iam trying to contact customer care, theyvare not at all responding and Iam unable to contact them at all.

  3. I have received refund of Rs178 from Deal me good website. I have recharged my Bsnl number from this website but due to some technical issues recharge was not done. Then I send a email on (supportdealmegood@gmail.com) and I also attached a image of recharge failure in mail. Then they send me reply for inconvenience and refund my debited money at morning 10 ‘O’clock today.
