Hello Sir
I have been trying to get problem resolved on my number since 12th March, almost a month now. There have been network issues since then.
And finally, one day I woke up and my sim is not working. I tried every setting, different phone, but it’s not working. I tried to contact customer care, they tell me that I will have to buy a new one from the Airtel store.
Due to this lockdown, stores are not open and even if they are open then the customer care is not aware of that.
I am stuck with the dead sim here. I am unable to make my credit card payments, utility bills because my number is linked with UPIs and other payment options.
Please help me out here as I am incurring undue costs because of this.
