Received Dead on Arrival Thomson TV
i have received defective THomson TV , the company authorized tecnician has confrim to the company that tv was dead on arrival, i have infromed to flipcart and procced return requiest on flipcart on 11t June , they tol me to wait for 48 hours , after 48 hours again i caled them but they tol me that their technicial visit is still pending and i have to wait for 48 hours again , then again i have called they are telling me wait 4hours again , then on 18 june 2023 i hav called then they say they will cancel my return reqvest and they will create new return of the tv , they rejected my return requvest whithaut infroming me , after that tey told me wait till 20 june again same tings happned i called him tey they said thier team is working on the same allow me time tilll 24 june , and now today i again called him they are sying they are working on te same , flipcart is failed to send tecnicain on give timeline , now i want my full money back…..My Complant number is IN23061020475382821873, i have launched compalnt on consumer court also on edaakhil.com i am very stressed, if you didn’t slove my problem i will write letter agenst filipcart and i will suiside..this amount is very big for me…..you team has tittle failed to replacement and return my tv….
This is my last mail to flipcart i hope you will slove my problem and return my tv……
