Hi Sir,
My name is yatharth pandey I ordered iphone 13 Order ID: OD224789259101046000 on 27 april 2022 i made online payment on 27 april 2022 & i Received my iphone 13 on 1 may 2022. i open it in front of that delivery boy and my phone is not getting on i charged it for some time and told to that delivery boy its not getting on he told me to call on customer care i called them and told my problem what is faced but they was not able to solve then they told me to replace they attempt 2 times but the wish master not came to pick up my iphone 13 for replacement and i call to customer care they told me sir don’t worry we’ll take return this iphone 13 and refund you back your amount the they taken 5 days but they was not on able to pick up.
I paid you people for this and still I didn’t get my phone or money. I want soullation for this. I want my money back now so its a request to check in this matter and refund my money.
