OLA ELECTRIC Ticket No 5149960
I am from Tribeni, West Bengal, Hooghly Dist. I am very displeased with OLA ELECTRIC complaint resolution mechanism and lack of professionalism. I had logged a complaint on 30th of June 2023 when my OLA S1 Pro scooter just went dead in the middle of the highway causing an accidental risk, somehow I managed to drag it to the side and had to arrange for a carriage to take it back home spending almost Rs.8000 in the process which is very frustrating.
I was told of a strong after sales network before I purchased this and now I am stuck with a dead brick which wont start. The resolution mechanism is so poor that I get calls from Bihar and other out of jurisdiction places wanting to know my address and then nothing happens.
I am utterly disappointed after spending a huge amount to buy a high end model with low-end service backup.
If OLA ELECTRIC is unable to provide me a resolution then instead of wasting my time and money they should take back their brick and refund me my hard earned money.
