I have raised complained to Airtel saying my landline is dead on 3rd July,2020. Still today it is not rectified. Now my landline is giving ringtone, but neither i am able to make outgoing call nor getting call. With such an unreliable service, they are charging full amount and I have paid them without even asking question. I have already escalated to their nodal officer, but no solution till today.
