Hello Sir:
This is to inform you that our connection was deactivated without prior information causing us inconvenience. According to the message received from Tatasky after our last recharge our next recharge is July 4th 2019.
The person whom I contacted says Rs. 150 has been deducted from our account when one of your employe visited our complaint and just twisted a wire. Nothing was informed either by your spokesman or on your terms and conditions page. After our call now we are receiving a message saying 150 was charged for the visit. Why was this not informed earlier. Very rediculous act from your side. I am not agreeing with this issue. Please revert back the amount deducted and enable us to continue watching our favorite program hazzlefree.
