Due to some conflict the internet of manipur is banned by government till now.
The net was banned from 3 may 2023 in Manipur. I last recharge in 1 or 2 of may 2023 and suddenly net banned in whole manipur. I call jio customer care in june 4 for the suspension/deactivate of my jio fiber connection till net banned will lifted ,the customer care guy told me he will suspended it but they always used too call me to make a reachage. Today fiber connection banned was lifted so i went for reachage in the jio app but its show due for june 355.85 and unbilled amount for 789.07. I call customer care again for that reason they told me that the that guy didnt proceed for my deactivation and its activated till now thats why its showing. They only say i apolozies for that nothing than that and say can’t do anything further. Its not my mistake i already ask them in june to deactivate. Now who will pay the amount.
