i am a jio costumer and actually i was using the jio fiber connection 07553580526 so i was using the trial period offer and on the 28th day i.e on 14th may 2021 i have raised the req for cancellation SR000014Y2YA and the req is now showing as closed so i have not requested to close the req i want cancellation and the full refund yesturday also i have received an sms from the company that your req will be resolved within 24hrs so why the req was auto closed and i have given a call to jio fiber costumer care they are saying that you have done a recharge of rs 199 so i would like to inform that i have not done any of the recharge why should i do recharge when i have already raised the disconnection req plzz try to understand i have not done any recharge and give the req for disconnection within trial period under 30 days plzzzz contact me on my regestered mobile no. plzz
