Text of Complaint by Mahavir Prasad Mandan:

We are using Airtel broadband since years in Chandigarh. We are getting services at a very reasonable price 235/- after some discounts since 3 or 4 years. Recently from Jan 2020, Airtel enhanced their monthly bill 488 plus tax, there after I requested them to disconnect connection if they are enhancing it more than 100 percent in monthly bill. As I was on duty at Meerut Cantt,  away from my home town Chandigarh, I was not aware of more need of internet now due to present position of school/ college close down. I requested telephonic ally and also from social media Twitter to reactivate the connection, and also deposited all outstanding amount as advised by them.

But after few days, Airtel informed me telephonically that they willl reactivate Telephone only on 899/- PM bill not even on Rs.488 plus tax.

I request that my telephone connection be activated on at least enhanced rate of Rs. 488/- plus tax so that my family can get assess to internet facilities.
