I AM THE CUSTOMER OF TATA SKY I HAVE ACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT ON 29 MAY 2019 AND ON 1 JUNE AT 10 PM IT IS DEACTIVATED DUE TO NON RECHARGE OF A/C.
I HAVE PAID RS 1800 FOR 6 MONTHS AS IT WAS THE PACKAGE WITH FREE INSTALLATION CHARGES.
NOW MY CONNECTION IS DISCONNECTED DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF INSTALLATION CHARGES I HAVE A MESSAGE FROM THE DEALER FOR NO INSTALLATION CHARGES THEN WHY MY A/C IS DEACTIVATED..
WHEN I CALLED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT IS THE FAULT OF DEALER NOT MINE THEN WHY MY CONNECTION IS INTRUPPTED.
WHEN WE WERE PAYING INSTALLER TOLD US TO PAY ONLY 1800 AS WE WERE INFORMED FOR THAT AMOUNT ONLY. IN FACT I HAVE CONFIRMED ABOUT THE AMOUNT WHETHER IT IS INCLUSIVE OF GST OR NOT THEN WE WERE TOLD THAT ONLY 1800 NOTHING ELSE HAS TO BE PAID.
THEN WHY NOW THIS INSTALLATION AMOUNT IS ASKED AND SECONDRY THING WHY AFTER 2 DAYS OF INSTALLATION. WHAT THE TATA SKY AND DEALER WERE DOING FOR 2 DAYS. WHY THIS PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN IMMEDIATELY.
