Text of Complaint by A Somasundaram:

Subscriber ID – 1111422604 with TATA SKY. I had subscribed for certain channels and my subscription is valid 16th March 2021. Suddenly they have deactivated some channel without intimation. On inquiry, Tele executive says that thanthi TV channel is not part of your pack. You will have to again OPT for the channel using whatsapp. In fact I had earlier subscribed to south sports pack and paid the subscription annually. Subsequently due to change in TRAI policy, I was informed that individual has choose from the channel on Al-carte basis. Accordingly I started choosing my channel and started paying monthly. Now when the contract between undersigned and tatasky is valid till 16.03.2021, suddenly they have deactivated Thanthi TV channel without any intimation. It is pertinent to mention that Thanthi TV channel is Free channel. After lot of argument they have now activated thanthi TV channel. .However now I have received an msg stating that your pack change request has bene processed , but the next recharge date will be revised accordingly. Tatasky is not adhering to the contract period and its obligation to fulfill their commitment during the contract period which is violation of laid down policy. I hereby request you to take appropriate action against Tatasky.
