my prepaid number 9742193669 has been deactivated with out prior notice or message . I have been recharging and i was able to recharge in January .I havebenn using this number since more than 6 years . But now they are saying they deactivated the service due to insufficient recharges .I visited the Vodafone store and the operator is saying now i need to take this number as a postpaid rather than prepaid number.
1.How can Vodafone deactivate the number with out any prio notice to the customer .
2.why are you asking the customer to convert to post paid to get the number back ?
3.How can u deactivate the number with out any concet from the customer ?
4. there was no call/message /intimation in any form saying the number will get deactivated.
