Dear Sir,
I am using Airtel service 9840527759 for the last 6 years .
Initially I used services as post paid of Airtel service.
But due to high rates in post paid ,I approached below Airtel stores and changed to Prepaid service around 7 months ago.
Airtel stores
53/1,CP Ramaswamy Road,Alwarpet.
Chennai 600018
At the time of taking new SIM for prepaid card I duly submitted all my required statutory dcouments to stores and taken my prepaid sim card.
Now to my surprise, Airtel with out any advance information has suspended my out going calls from 05th october
I called Customer care and they advised me to go Airtel center and resolve the issue…
Again I visited the same center at alwarpet and again i submitted all my required documents.But they till not resolved my issue.
Sir, As this number i use for offical purpose I am not able to call my stake holders and due to this I m mentaly stressed and trauma.
Can you please take the action towards them and can activate my service immediately.
