Few months back I visited the Airtel store for a MNP request from Tamilnadu circle to Karnataka circle .
They gave me a new SIM card and promised that it would get activated in few hours .
After few days I came to know my number was deactivated. I have been going back and forth even I mailed the costumer service and I received no proper solution.
I’ve been using that number for the past 10 years and now because of some fault from their end I’m facing this issue.
I am mentally frustrated . For the last 2 months I’ve been going to the store asking them to revert it but the employee there gave me false promises .
I just need my number back .
