Between 8th &11th November 2018 I bought a new JIO SIM 7483285230 with 82 days prepaid plan.. I used the account hardly for 2 weeks.. last Monday 26th all of a sudden it is been deactivated. Jiocare is not able to revert back and activate my connection. 1 week they made me to wander going to store and their service center issuing a duplicate SIM without resuming the connection. Till now the update is they are investigating and requesting me to be patient. Customer care straightway telling me to go and register my complaint in consumer court. In frustration I am registering this complaint here.. Please take a stern action on JIO so that they should stop this cheating business for their consumers.
