I am currently staying outside India and I m still keeping the number and Airtel services active just because of my Indian banks as it needs otp for any transactions .
I have kept my number in safe custody and paying the amt as per the policy .
Now when I was in need of the service for some reason . I had asked for deactivating safe custody as I wanted to use for urgent bank transactions .
They are updating me saying my number is only deactivated and none of them are responding when I am asking the reason for doing this .
I need this issue to resolved . Please help us
