This is very unfortunate and unimaginable that my prepaid Airtel number 9198033663 got deactivated by Airtel from 28..09.2022 without prior intimation to me. This number has been using by me for the last 10 years and more. Some years ago I had submitted my aadhar for e-kyc or document verification to the Airtel store.
But it’s a very unforeseen situation for me because at the time of deactivation I was in Etawah. I visited there Airtel store and they said that the problem will be rectified by your home network Airtel store. Today I visited Airtel store at Shringar nagar Alambagh Lucknow and they are saying the number is not allotted to me . How this can be possible? The number is being used by me for 10 years and more. Although I had submitted my documents for verification too. Morevoer, In 2018 when I updated this number to 4 G sim, at that time also I have submitted my adhar to your authorised store at A block Rajajipuram Lucknow. I have given this number to my linked bank account, adhar and in my office.
It is also to intimate that I also recharged this number for further validity of 84 days in 719 rupees on 28.09.2022.
I report this matter to Airtel nodal officer up east. I had to visit two times Airtel store, but couldn’t be done for my problem.
It is very disappointing from Airtel side that after a lapse of one week period, my Airtel number couldn’t be activated despite of my all efforts. It is very unprofessional and lethargic approach. I have wasted to get recharge of my deactivated number of Rs 719 on 28.09.2022. I trust Airtel for more than 10 years. The employee at Airtel store said that I will get my number but my number will be postpaid instead of prepaid and my recharge of 719 will not be refunded or considered.
Please relsove the issue as my official work is drastically suffering due to this.
