I am SV Khannan,I ported my mobile no 9342156789 from Vodafone to Airtel after clearing the outstanding amount and the porting has been done to Airtel after a month Customer care people form Vodafone called me and asked me to pay RS 362 pending amount ,I told them to send mail regarding the pending bill details instead they informed to Airtel and they disconnected without my knowledge ,
I went to Vodafone store and clear the outstanding and I send the bill by mail to Airtel and to activate my out going calls and I called customer care also thrice and went to Airtel office also no response because of deactivation after paying bill I suffered a lot by Can’t doing outgoing calls ,phonepe,Internet banking etc please take action to activate my mobile no 9342156789 AIRTEL
