I am a customer of airtel. In February due to my abroad trip I have requested to airtel store for safe custody of my mobile no on 17-02-2020 but instead of putting my mobile no in custody they have  deactivated my no without intimated to me and now they are not cooperating for activation of my number. The staff member of ideastore located at op road diwalipura vadodara is not ready to cooperate. This is a huge harrasement to a senior citizen and a valuable customer.
