Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken airtel broadband connection and i shifted to some other address , i was raised request for shifting of connection to new address no body contacted , after two days i was reactivated through airtel mobile app and even i called to customer care to change the ownership of my existing connection i submitted them required documents , no response from them , i got bill from airtel to my email sreedhar.kamale@gmail.com , when i am sending mail to 121@in.airtel.com am getting reply from them stating you are not sending mail from the registered email id this is the simple reply from them,
moreover i spoken with customer support for the same issue that guy said me that within 48 hours query will resolve , this was also not happend
they are playing with customer not giving solution i have paid the bills that is my mistake if i dint made the payment they definitely contact.
my concern is give them instruction to close my broad band connection with an immediate effect
