Hello,
I wanted to deactivate my airtel broadband connection because I got that in Gurgaon, Delhi but I had to come back to my hometown as due to Covid 19 pandemic and now since last 2 months I am not using it as I came back to my hometown, Amritsar. I had visited the Airtel store in Amritsar to deactivate it but they told me to go to another city to get it deactivated, which I can’t do during this Corona times.
I am paying bill for something which I am not using at all.
Please help.
