- DEACTIVATION OF MOBILE 9932002129.
- I changed my service from postpaid to prepaid at 3.40 pm on 10.12.19. Incoming services were resumed after 15 mins but I have not been able to recharge due to technical issues at Airtel end.
- I have running to the Airtel stores time and again but without any result. Moreover, my incoming services have been terminated from today 13.12.19 as a result of which all my transactions have got held up.
- This is a serious deficiency in service on the part of Airtel causing severe problems .
- These needs to resolved immediately and Airtel should be penalised for such deficiency in service.
