Text of Complaint by Mohammed Kani A:

I was recharged/activated one year of Voice and Data plan on 3months ago for our prepaid mobile number and the service is enabled successfully so far. It’s shown valid update 1year. But Airtel called couple of days before and said, that plan cost is not received/updated in the system and deactivated the outgoing and data service. It’s seems, Airtel employee did some wrong thinks here, but they deactivated the user services.
