Text of Complaint by PS:

We had requested for a shift of airtel broadband connection. After continuous follow-up from our side and we going ahead and figuring out who is the person, who comes to this area and fixes it, we got it fixed after 7-8days. This was not enough, looks like someone went ahead and deactivated our connection, without proper consent. This is despite the fact, we had requested for increase in the bandwidth from 40 -200mbs.
We have been going through hell for past 15days.
