I have taken airtel advance rental plan and paid my due amount on time through credit card on airtel app. but regularly getting cal for payment of bill . i informed them, that amount has been already paid even shared transaction id and other details but airtel has diactivated my services. i have done many complaints on 121 but they closed issue without resolving. have visited many outlets but got no support.Even excutives were misbehaving treating themselves like they are working in government organisation. shared even bank statement too. still i m facing this issue since 20 days. have paid for the service which i have yet not availed.  i will take this matter to the court because getting no support from airtel team. i have paid the amount then y i will get suffer. i m very disappointed with airtel services and behaviour of executives. they are getting salary for doing nothing. close the outlets they are use less. attaching all payment proofs.
