hello sir/ madam
greetings of the day
for last 9-10 years i’m using airtel connection. yesterday i had 11rs in my airtel account, but still they deactivated my outgoing services so today i recharged my account. but still i’m unable to make any call. what kind of injustice is this. you are not allowing me to make outgoing calls even if i have balance in my account. please look into this matter.
