i used to be vodoafone postpaid user with mobile no 9711996007 and port out in Airtel prepaid later with paid all the unbiled amount and successfully became airtel user for morn than a month than suddenly my services got blocked and sim not getting single as I asked the customer care they informed that there is sum 263 ₹ bill amount left to pay to vodafone .
and you need to pay this sufficient amount to re activate your services in airtel.
So I have made the payment 270 ₹ on 12 Oct’20 by online banking thought the vodafone idea provided me in the mail also I got confirmation mail of the payment with transaction ID receipt snapshot still my services not activated yet.
I have already talked to both couriers customer care but no one provided any solution.
Please find the attached receipt of the payment and re activate my services as soon as possible.
