Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Gulshan Chaudhary, a tata sky customer, want to resolve my tata sky account problem. I have been facing this issue since 18.11.2021 to till date. On the T.V screen, a message from tata sky side is being shown that “your tata sky account is deactivated kindly recharge”. Therefore, we are unable to watch tata sky channels due to deactivated account. We are suffering from this harassment. It is mentally and financially harassing for us . There is a balance deduction every day from my account. So many times, I talked to the customer care executive of tata sky to sort out this problem but there has been no progress till date. There has been no response from your side. Your technical department and administration department have totally failed to resolve this problem. It is shameful and totally unprofessional behaviour from your side.
It is ,therefore, requested that my tata sky account may be activated as early as possible.
