I just ported my number jio to airtel because we are very old costumer of airtel. So I also wanted to change my alternate jio number to airtel, so after port, today I recharged my number from 399 amount, and it’s done successfully. Now you guys (customer care)telling this recharge is use less, do 197 or 297 bla bla. So this thing is not good very pathetic, if first recharge is compulsory by fixed amount then why you guys deducted my money why recharge done successfully done. Otherwise I am gonna changed this network of my all team numbers and I’ll never recommend to any one, please deactivate my sim or solve my problem.
