I have raised a request on Airtel black app for de-installation of my Dth connection and broadband. They have taken my new address and calling from my new address and no one came to de-instal it from the old address. No customer care person was talking properly. All were uneducated. Also they were not able to resolve it. I then after waiting for 5 days shifted to new place. Stil they were calling to install. I asked them how they will install when there is no de-installation process taken place.
Till now no solution. Now they are asking me to take new connection. The worst service I have ever received…
